Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data in the Contact Form

This information notice has been prepared by Ferya Tur. İnş. A.Ş. (Serenis Hotel), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The purpose of this notice is to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal reasons, the method of collection, the parties to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

The personal data you share through the contact form on our website, including your name, surname, phone number, and email, are processed for the purposes of enabling relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services provided by our company, conducting the necessary work by business units, managing related business processes, and communicating with you regarding your inquiry.

Additionally, we do not have absolute control over the information you share through this form. We advise you not to share any personal data or sensitive personal data that you do not want us to know.

These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely, "the necessity of processing personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract" and "the necessity of processing for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations." Such data will only be shared with relevant judicial authorities in the case of legal disputes.
